If you have acne and pimples: Try this ubtan at home: 1 tsb gram flour + a pinch of turmeric + 1 tsp mustard oil and water enough to form a smooth paste. Layer your face with this ubtan and remove with light circular massage after 15 minutes. This will bring a radiant glow on your face and help control sebum flow.

Prepare a bath soak with mustard oil for supple and soft skin:

Prepare a mixture of a quarter cup of mustard powder or oil, a cup of baking soda, and six drops each of eucalyptus, rosemary and peppermint essential oil. Add about four tablespoons of this mixture in bath water and soak in it. If you do not have bath tub, simply scrub your body with this mixture. It is a great exfoliator and skin softener. The essential oil will help reduce the pungent smell of the mustard oil.
