There are few women who haven’t faced Common Hair Problems in their lifetime. However, due to stern increase in air pollution in the past few years, women of the current generation have become more susceptible to hair disorders compared to women belonging to the previous generations. This article will inform you about the most common hair problems women of the present generation suffer from.

Many women looking for hair fall solution have dandruff, a condition marked by formation of scaly particles around our hair roots. Hair fall is the main symptom of this disorder; however, the pattern of hair loss might vary from one patient to another. People can develop dandruff due to a number of reasons; the most common factors that can lead to this disorder are: infection, slow metabolism and poor diet. It has also been found that women suffering from excessive stress are more susceptible to this scalp ailment than women leading a stress free life.

Split ends:

Split ends usually take place when our curls become extremely dry. Dry locks when not treated properly turn brittle and start to split. Women mostly get split ends as a result of undergoing different kinds of chemical treatments, for instance, coloring, straightening etc. Over brushing or over combing can also cause this hair problem. To prevent occurrence of split ends, you must apply a suitable conditioner to your dry hair at least once every week and also stay away from harmful chemical treatments.

Frizzy hair:

Dehydration of hair results in occurrence of frizzy hair. In other words, women have frizzy hair when the moisture level in their locks drops below normal. Your locks can get dehydrated due to excessive brushing. However, in most women it is a problem that runs in the family. This makes treating frizzy hair extremely difficult. The best way of dealing with the problem is by carrying out deep-conditioning treatment at regular intervals.

Flaky scalp:

Don’t confuse flaky scalp with dandruff; they are two different problems and also have different solutions. Flaky scalp other than causing severe hair loss is also known for inhibiting natural hair growth in women. You can defeat this disorder by consuming essential minerals and vitamins and minimizing use of hair styling products containing harsh chemicals.

Women can experience hair loss not only because of hair and scalp disorders like flaky scalp, dandruff or split ends, but also due to menopause, sleep disorders, hormonal changes, intake of certain medications and increase in stress. Thus before looking for an effective hair fall solution, you must find out the exact factors responsible for your hair loss.
