Things you will need:

  • Nail clipper
  • Baby Shampoo
  • Foot Scrub
  • Moisturizer/Cream
  • Cotton Pads
  • Cuticle cream
  • Nail file
  • Nail buffer
  • Emery board
  • Nail stick
  • Pumice stone
  • Nail brush

 Pre-Preparation for pedicure at home

Remove your old Nail enamel with an acetone free Nail enamel remover.

Steps of Pedicure:

Pedicure at home step one:


Soak your feet in a tub filled with water, add some Baby Shampoo and soak them for 30 minutes. Yes, the more you soak the more dead cells will be easily removed. You can add few drops of Antiseptic liquid or Hydrogen Peroxide.

Pedicure at Home Step Two:


After the feet are soaked, Exfoliate heels with Pumice stone gently. And areas you find damp dead skin. Clean your feet and Scrub your feet using Foot scrub. Gently massage every part of feet, it will help moisturizer absorption better.

Pedicure at Home Step Three:


Clip your nails in your desired shape and file them in one direction. Toenails grow really fast, so you're liable to need one. Soften the edges by quickly filing them with an emery board. As you do it, make sure each toenail has a rounded, even shape.

Pedicure at home step four:


Clean your nail using nail brush, gently scrub your nails. Buff your nails using Nail buffer, buffing nails ads shine to the surface of the nails. It is beneficial if you prefer keeping them Nail enamel free.

Pedicure at home step five:


Massage Cuticles with Cuticle cream and clean the nails with Nail stick, If you don’t have nail stick use a tooth pick. Push the cuticles too when they are soft after massage. Wipe off the excess cream with damp cotton pad.

Pedicure at home step six:


Moisturize your feet with Moisturizer or even cold cream if your feet are dry. The more you massage the better circulation. Wipe off excess cream with damp cotton.

Pedicure at home step seven:


Paint your Toe nails with your favorite Nail enamel.

  • Skip Nail enamels every alternate Pedicure, let your nails breathe too.
  • If your feet are tanned you can bleach them before Pedicure. You can make your bleach at home.

How to Prepare Bleach at Home:


Simply mix a cup of Hydrogen Peroxide with ½ cup of soap flakes and a teaspoon of Liquid ammonia.
Use this mixture to bleach your feet, keep on for about 30 minutes and wash off.

Caution: If you have foot bite or some open cut, do not Pedicure your feet until the cut is healed completely.
